Our faculty wish to share insights gained over 100 years of combined experience in the area of medical imaging.  We pride ourselves on academic based courses taught by instructors who are at the pinnacle of their professional careers.

About our faculty

Jacqueline has 27 years of experience as a Registered Technologist and is in her 18thyear as an instructor where she has taught Patient Care, Positioning, Quality Control and Management, Fluoroscopy, Digital Imaging, Radiation Protection, and Surgical Techniques. She holds positions as Radiography and Mammography Instructor and Clinical Coordinator.  Additionally, she is a Mammography Consultant responsible for Radiologic Health Branch, ACR, and MQSA accreditation processes. Jacqueline has taught 9 cohorts of an ASRT approved: 40 Hr Mammography Initial Training Course through FACT411.

Caroline is a CRT who has been a tech for 10 years and has educational, work, and life experiences in various other health care modalities, such as Bone Densitometry, MRI, Occupational Health Tech, CPR Instructor, Phlebotomy and EMT. Caroline has performed STAT and trauma examinations in various radiology offices and has progressive responsibility as patient liaison and technician.

Susan has 26 years as a working technologist and has performed general, fluoroscopic, and mammographic examinations in a fast paced environment.  She is the QC technologist and is responsible for MQSA compliance in a Digital Mammography Department.  Susan enjoys speaking medical situational Spanish with patients and is currently working to increase medical Mandarin, Farsi and Hindu. Susan holds a degree in General Education.

Joyce is a multi-specialty technologist with 13 years of experience in a regional trauma center. As lead mammographer, Joyce is a Master Stereographic Technologist by Johnson and Johnson, certified Breast Self-Exam trainer, ACR, MQSA, and CDPH-RHB accreditation. Joyce has been awarded numerous scholarships and grants to implement and upgrade breast health programs. Joyce enjoys volunteer work in her local community.


Joyce holds numerous degrees in General Education, Radiologic Science, and Social Human Behavior.

Crystal has been a radiologic technologist since 1996 and has had many experiences in radiology which has given her both an appreciation of healthcare and its connection to computer technology. Crystal considers radiology a marriage between man and machine; especially as medicine advances technologically. 

“I find it fascinating to be a part of such a dynamic field of medicine.  Having a career in Radiology has been invigorating and constantly changing ‘always growing always learning’.”
